Sharp & Soltis was founded in 2004 by Mike Sharp and Andy Soltis on the premise of completing high quality construction projects in an economical and expedient manner. We are a family owned company with a deep history and 32 years of experience in the construction field. They formed their company on 3 basic philosophies; 1.Make a comfortable living for themselves and their families. 2. Have fun, life is too short to not enjoy what you do for a living. 3. Be honest. We take great pride in the fact that our honesty and integrity are our most valuable assets. Our company motto is “Building friendships with every project” and we mean it. We have built lifelong friendships with a very long list of satisfied customers and plan on continuing this success.

Mike and Andy knew that the key to successful business starts with our employees. They are considered part of our family and regarded as our best resource. Sharp and Soltis currently employs 5 of the best construction superintendents in the business. All are “hands on” master carpenters with a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction industry. Combine these assets with the abilities of Mike Sharp and Chris Sharp, our 2 senior project managers/estimators and you have the most knowledgeable, customer oriented construction team available today. Our entire team has been involved in just about every kind of construction there is. From residential beginnings to multi-story commercial buildings, we have the knowledge and ability to design and construct projects in the most economical, timely manner without sacrificing quality in any aspect.
Commitment to our local community is key to our continued success. Mike is co-founder of the Jackson Commercial Contractors Association, a board member of Jackson Citizens for Economic Growth, and chairman of his local township’s Zoning Board of Appeals. Sharp & Soltis are members of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Commercial Contractors Association, Jackson Citizens for Economic Growth, and Spring Arbor Universities Corporate Partners.
